WASD and MOUSE for playing.
Sketchbook is all about doing whatever you want with a bunch of tools and options that let you create and experiment endlessly. Spawn groups are probably the coolest feature because they let you set up stuff exactly how you want it. You can make tracks for racing, build weird structures, or just throw random things together and see what happens. It’s basically a playground where you make the rules—or ignore them completely. The customization is insane. You can tweak the terrain to look however you want, pick from different vehicles to mess around with, and even play around with lighting settings like Tonemapping and Cascaded Shadow Maps to make things look extra cool. The visuals are smooth, and the controls are super easy to figure out thanks to the updated UI that’s simple but still gives you a ton of options. There’s no story or missions here, which is honestly the best part. It’s all about experimenting. Maybe you’ll crash some cars for fun, build a wild ramp that barely works, or try something totally random just to see if it’s possible. No limits, no pressure—just you and your imagination. If you’re into messing around with creative tools and seeing what kind of chaos or brilliance you can come up with, Sketchbook is one of those games you’ll keep coming back to because there’s always something new to try.
